Hi All,

Not really sure where to post this with the new site.

I have a spare tire for my '82 Airstream motorhome. I also have the rear bumper carrier and original tire cover.

However, all this is sitting up at my sister's house near Eugene OR. She unexpectedly is moving. I have to decide if it is worth a long trip to Oregon to get the spare. Or, is a spare just not really necessary these days. In all the years my dad owned the MH, I don't believe he ever needed it!

Is it worth picking up or should I have her junk it all?

Thanks
Dean

Don't junk it! At a minimum it's worth something to someone who is looking for one. That said - while I've never needed mine either - they day I do I'll be glad to have it. I also carry a 20 ton bottle jack and two tire irons just for that one time I need it.

PS - You posted in the right place.  There is also a new Airstream Motorhome's group you can join and post in there about Airstream specific topics.
