I won't be Q'ing this weekend !
Check out the time stamp, yup that is 01:55 (as I write)
Had an issue at work and my services have been requested on night shift. Bummer!
The one thing I hate about this shift, I never know what day it is...

May get to those ribs next weekend....

Hey, I found the thread Andre.  With the warm weather coming on I need to start smokin some meat again.  Kinda handy that I have ten acres of oak and hickory that I can just go out and pick up some wood for smokin.  I also like the chips from the "Jack Daniels Distillery".

That's pretty similar to mine except I have a Charcoal one.  Had a nice lunch and now I'm watching NASCAR as I type away.  Bristol 500.

Yum.  We'll be over in a little while.  Save some chicken!

The Chicken was Awesome, we injected it with some Cajun marinade. It was so moist!

The Salmon, well, lets just say, I'll never "Brine" Salmon again. It was OK, the wife liked it on her salad, me, well.... NOPE

Next effort is Marinated Salmon (we got a deal on it last week @ Walmart) with Fresh Maple Sunup. Using=g Rock Maple wood chunks
